Who are we
Established in 2009, HSS are an industry-leading building services installation and maintenance company. Operating from our offices in London and Birmingham, and later this year Manchester, our dedicated Teams are installing and maintaining building services across the UK & Ireland for both Private and Public Sector clients, working collaboratively with estate owners and managing agents to provide value for money services to maintain and improve their estates.
We are ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 45003 Certified.

We provide a full range of hard and soft facilities services including M&E engineering, control engineering, project & maintenance, property technical and compliance services to ensure that our clients and end-users work in well-managed and safe and reliable buildings. We also independently test and validate existing systems.
Our maintenance and servicing regimes are tailored to suit each customer requirements and cover every aspect of building services and building fabric maintenance.
